How do I schedule an appointment?
You can quickly and easily schedule an appointment by calling our office at 713.429.4550.
What are your office hours?
Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
What Insurances are Accepted?
We accept many insurances! The full list can be viewed here.
Do I need to bring anything to my first visit?
For your first visit, please arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you to fill out the necessary forms for your visit.
If you have your previous medical records dealing with the reason for your appointment, please arrange to have those records forwarded to our office as early as possible.
Please bring a list of medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and those prescribed by other physicians.
What should I do if I need to reschedule?
We do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. It’s essential that you notify us in the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask that you inform us of this change at least 3 days before your appointment date.
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes we do, upon request.
